WASHING AND PAINTING REMOVAL INSTALLATION FOR PARABOLAS-HOLDER PALLETS IN BMC
The
Customer: Market leader in the world for the production of car
optical groups. The Machine has been installed in one of its numerous
plants, in the Czech Republic.
Pieces to treat: parabolas-holder pallets in BMC Requirements: ecological system easy to manage with absence of residual particles.
Installation peculiarities: innovative use of high pressure
in the painting removal of pallets intended to the transport of
cars' light parabolas to the painting units.
The new solution, which utilizes high pressure till 2500 bar, replaces
the traditional sandblasting system. In comparison with this last
one, which left dusty residual particles, the new one allows pallets
to go out from treatment suitable for being utilized in line.
Characteristics: it is a washing installation with continuous
flow and equipped with special bar conveyor. In the zones submitted
to painting removal, the water jet is addressed on pieces by means
of special nozzles installed on rotating disks with controlled movement
(1200 revolutions per minute). The machines runs with only water
with no additives, and it does not cause any residual particle to
eliminate, except for the detached paint. .
Dimensions: 13.000 x 5500 x 3000

FLOWCOATING
PAINTING MACHINE FOR POLYCARBONATE LENSES AND BMC SATELLITE
DISHES
The customer: a company of past glories, famous for having
given Timisoara electric lighting at the same time as Paris
at the beginning of the last century.
Production: BMC satellite dishes and polycarbonate lenses.
The requirements: an initial low productivity (240 pieces
an hour) and great flexibility.
The innovative machine proposed by Tecnofirma: this is a flowcoating
painting machine that allows painting the lenses and the satellite
dishes on the same line, an excellent alternative to two separate
machines. In one hour the production can be changed from lenses
to satellite dishes and vice versa, equipping separate two
flow coatings.
Total
dimensions of the machine: 23000x15000x2600

SAT
- ROTATING TABLE PLANT FOR ENGINE OVERHEADS AND UNDERBLOCKS
A sophisticated
evolution of rotating table machines, which had already been
successful on the market:
An engineering solution developed by Tecnofirma to allow precision
washing with alternative systems to the traditional transfer.
The piece
is placed on a rotating wheel, which moves forward by a step
by step motion in such a way as to guarantee absolute accuracy
in positioning, and passes through different steps (positioned
washing, positioned blowing, drying) to return to the departure
station, where it is unloaded by the same operator (or automatism)
in charge of loading.
The cycle
is totally conceived with cold working and guarantees drying
of the details without altering their surface temperature,
in order to allow checking dimensions immediately after unloading.
Compared
to the traditional precision washing plants (transfer systems),
the features of the satellite plant are:
- reduced
size
- loading
and unloading in the same position
- easy
automation of loading and unloading
- easy
re-fitting
- lower
cost
By its
very nature, the SAT plant is highly suitable for those contexts
where production is organized in islands.
The plant
in the photograph
has been conceived for the final washing of aluminium overheads
and washing cast iron engine underblocks. The rate of production
is approximately 1 piece per minute.
The plant has a self-cleaning filtering system, a washing
solution cooling system and a fume reduction system.
Thanks
to the perfect positioning of the details in the individual
stations, the rotating table washing plant is highly suitable
for the insertion of high pressure deburring stations.
LUNAR
3C-HP : THE LANDING OF ROBOTICS IN THE INDUSTRIAL DEBURRING
WITH HIGH PRESSURE WASHING (500-600 bar)
- Conforming
to the trend of the last years, the most recent statistical
data report that the main workings carried out by robots
installed in 1999 continue to be welding (29%), assembling
(20%) and handling (12,5%)
- May
2001: Tecnofirma opens to robotics a new field, the deburring
with high pressure washing.
This is
the main characteristic of the new washing line Lunar 3C-HP
: the introduction of a robot, who is able to operate an high
precision deburring, due to the penetration of the nozzle
in every dead hole and porosity of the piece to treat, removing
in this way every working burr. It is a really true success
of the research which fascinates everyone who is accustomed
to observe the different industrial washing processes of the
last decades.
How
is born the idea of using a robot in a deburring line?
The
robotized deburring station is an answer to the customers'
needs in this field.
The necessity has always been double: the exigence to remove
burrs with the highest precision, together with the necessity
of treating different pieces of small dimensions.
Simultaneous demand of flexibility and precision, therefore
very difficult to fulfil at the same time.
This means that, in order to offer an high precision cleaning,
it was necessary to design tailor-made machines for the pieces,
machines that were born and died with the specific piece.
The use of the robot gives the possibility to offer flexibility
and precision at the same time.
One single washing and deburring line assures the highest
precision and flexibility to a large variety of different
profiles
MAIN
CHARACTERISTICS:
The
Machine is complete of:
1. Solution
treatment and filtering system
2. Solution conditioning system
3. Oil separating system
4. High pressure pump system
5. 2nd level diagnostic |
