In the past years, the automotive industry has established robotized washing as the standard for the engine washing processes. The robotized washing is based on a modular concept, in order to achieve a perfect adaption to the different process, such as inject fluid (IF) spraying and rinsing, high pressure deburring, brushing, drying and cooling.
The modular design also allows adapting over time to change production level, with gradual investments and rapidly implemented upgrades.
