The technology of curing with ultraviolet (UV) radiation can polymerise a liquid paint in a few seconds. When compared to the traditional technology with convective heating, UV technology has many advantages: excellent compactness, reduced process times, start-up times and air exchange and consequently less risk of contamination.
The UV curing technology, based on irradiation, is particularly suitable for the treatment of surfaces that do not have undercuts or shady areas such as plates, lenses and reflectors, brake discs, packaging for cosmetics and household items.
