The U LINE is the machine expressly designed to have maximum process flexibility and it is particularly suited for Hairpin motors. The parts are placed horizontally on special chucks to allow processing of medium and large size pieces. The parts are constantly rotated during all stages of the process.
The machine also offers the possibility of combining different processes allowing, in addition to standard resin application, standard gel coat and tropicalizing protection products application.
